What you earn at The Sydney Brand is a direct reflection of your talent and the level of service you offer your clients. We offer haircuts, highlights, color, formal styling, blowdry services, as well as treatments and waxes. We also have a wide variety of hair care products that offer additional retail compensation for extra income.
The Sydney Brand offers different compensation levels to Stylists based on performance and demand of time. Stylists have the ability to quickly move into higher compensation levels based on achieving their level goals for 3 months in a row. Movement into higher compensation levels is measured by the number of clients, retail sales, pre-book percent, new client requests, etc.
