Late Arrivals: In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will forfeit the original appointment and be rescheduled.
Late Cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or request for rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If the booking was made the same day, notify us at least 3 hours prior. Adhering to this policy will avoid a charge for a portion of the booked services.
No-Shows: In the case of missing your appointment, you will be imposed with a fee worth 25% of the missed service which will be added to your next appointment. Moreover, booking your next visit will require paying an unreturnable deposit worth 25% of the service you want to book. Please note that two or more missed appointments equal being fired from the salon.
Service Guarantee: Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely contented, please let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. We are committed to making the necessary corrections.
WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT? The information we gather enables us to personalize, improve and continue to operate the Services. Regarding certain aspects of the Services, we may request, collect and/or display some of your Personal Information. We collect the following types of information from our users.
INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US: When you provide information to us, such as when you sign up to receive updates and other email communications from us through the Services, you may provide information that could be Personal Information, such as your name and email address. You acknowledge that this information may be personal to you, and by providing Personal Information to us, including without limitation by providing your email address to receive email updates, you allow others, including us, to identify you and therefore may not be anonymous. This information is used for fighting spam/malware and to facilitate the collection of data concerning your interaction with the Services (e.g., what links you have clicked on). Generally, the Services automatically collect usage information, such as the number and frequency of visitors to the Site. We may use this data in aggregate form, that is, as a statistical measure, but not in a manner that would identify you personally. This type of aggregate data enables us and third parties authorized by us to figure out how often individuals use parts of the Services so that we can analyze and improve them.
EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS: We may receive a confirmation when you open an email from us. We use this confirmation to improve our customer service.

WHAT CHOICES DO I HAVE REGARDING MY INFORMATION? You can use many of the features of the Services without providing Personal Information, thereby limiting the type of information that we collect. You can always opt not to disclose certain information to us, even though it may be needed to take advantage of some of our features.

If you need to return or request a refund on a product to Sydney’s Shoppe of Beauty & Boutique, Inc., please contact us at the salon or by email firstname.lastname@example.org for the appropriate return procedure. Returns are accepted on saleable, unopened, unused products within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Please note that combs, brushes and hair extensions are “all sales final” items.
